Hello! My name is Rebecca Callahan and I'm the Founder of Summer Day LLC.  I'm the Jane of all trades who helps individuals, teams, and companies do what they do best.

 

I coach early-career women through the 'broken rung' transition that keeps them out of leadership and jump in with small businesses to handle the 'other stuff' - from strategy to implementation to iteration - so founders and small business owners can focus on being the face of their company and growing their business.

After 20+ years in small companies doing more with less and wearing lots of hats with style, I know what works - and I help you focus on what you do best while I handle…everything else.
