Hello! My name is Rebecca Callahan and I'm the Founder of Summer Day LLC.

Early in my 20+ year career, I was juggling an expanding career, a husband with a similarly expanding career, young children, and learning how to (not) be a leader. All on my own. ​I had no mentor, no coach, no sponsor. I didn't even know I should be looking for one.

That's my WHY for supporting early-to-mid career women.

Now I'm bringing together my two passions: leadership & career coaching and community building to create something I wish I'd had: peer advisory boards for women at this exact stage.

As a certified coach, I specialize in those critical moments where careers can stall. I've coached women through job searches, promotions, career pivots, growing families and balancing ambition with life. And I know how to turn strangers into a committed community where real transformation happens.
